Have grasped at the sputtering process of Mo, Al, SiO2, Nb2O5. Be familiar with Sputtering process and equipments. Be grasped at CTP/photolithography. 4, Have 2 years’ experience of laser etching doping process, be familiar with maintenance of laser etching equipment, master the principles and the process of crystalline silicon solar cell.
