I was working for Bitzer Refrigeration Technology (China) Co, .Ltd. for almost 6 years, it is a German company, and the company is located in Beijing, I had been taken by BITZER as a planner for the first 2 years, and in April 2009 I was promoted as the planning department manager, inbound and outbound delivery manager, took full responsibilities of planning and shipping departments, as well as I had always being the master SAP key user and business process coordinator since 2008 SAP rolled out in Bitzer. During the past 5 and half years, I got rich experience and had the outstanding contribution. as the planning and delivery manager, right hand of production director, I established completely the planning department, assist to start the KANBAN\VMI processes (I will be able to do those today alone), organized the S&OP meetings, CIP meeting, capacity meeting. I improved the information express flow and communication style with relevant departments as Sales or Purchase. As the master SAP key user and business process coordinator. I had managed the all the issues of SAP, for example the discussion of all open issues of any module, changing requests, new account opening, authorizations, trouble shooting, user manual and training and so on.
