 My name is Zhang Cheng. I am a student of Liaoning University of Human Recourse Management. At present, I am a law master's first year student of Shandong University. I am open-minded, enthusiastic, meanwhile I have excellent communication skills and nimble thought. I am good at learning new knowledge and adapting to new environment. I also have a high sense of responsibility and loyalty, and very strong team work sprit. I have a strong sense of competence and confidence. I worked hard in university and achieved the first-class scholarship several times. Hence I have laid a solid foundation of professional for future. At the same time, in order to text knowledge i take many training actively in and outside the university so that i can combine the theory with the practice. For example, I took an internship in SHENG XIN LIAO NING AN SHAN JIXIE Co. LTD for a month during a holiday. As a human resource competent assistant , my major job including screening resumes preliminarily, informing the interview time on telephone, preparing register form for interviewees, and also in charge of simple interview. During this process, i got familiar with the recruitment and the interview process and accumulate much experience. Besides my analysis skills and problem solving skills have been improved. In order to adapt to economic and social development needs, i take part in all kinds of social activities actively and participate in a wide range of activities for planning and organizing. After long-term learning and exercise, i accumulate the rich experience in social work and also temper my diligent spirit. Always I think mastering some law knowledge will, to some extent, do well to working in the Human Resources Department. That is the reason why i choose the law when i have the chance to be a graduate student. Since becoming a postgraduate student, in an effort to improve and plan reasonable using of time I make a plan for two years of study. 1. Mastering the legal knowledge of all branches which are arranged and focus on the labor law and contract law; ready to senior Cambridge Business English examination, reading about human resources management books 2. Go for internships, accumulate experience 3. Learn the judicial examination books, ready to the judicial examination As choosing my major, I am very interested in human resources management and hope to get a post intership in this area. I think I can be competent to this woke because I have many strengths , including professional knowledge related human resource management, legal knowledge background, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills ,commanding the office software skilled. During the human resources management process, we will deal with the law in many aspects, such as contract conclusion, employee labor issues, or any issues involving labor law, contract law and other related legal knowledge. As a student who has legal knowledge background of human resources management professional, I will apply my knowledge and my strengths to conduct tasks and solve the problems perfectly in the work.
