Dear sir or madam: After graduating from Heilongjiang University of Commerce specializing in electronic automation, I have continued my education in business management from Correspondence College of Beijing Economic Management and business law hosted by the Arbitration Commission of China as well as English courses from Vancouver Community College. I have a vast amount of experience and expertise in with microeconomics, organizational behaviour, business policies, labour laws, contract laws, and business management. I have the following work experience: A.I have served as an arbitrator for the Arbitration Committee advocating laws, regulations and policies. B.I worked as a department manager and store manager for the private sector specifically responsible for sales, warranty, and maintenance of household appliances. C.I was employed oversea for nearly 10 years with several employers in Vancouver, Canada including administrative positions such as a property manager, electrical manufacturing assembly supervisor and an electricity construction site manager. D.Presently, while working at a foreign firm in Dongguan, I am responsible for human resources and administrative management. My main achievement is listed as follows: 1.During my first year, I managed to successfully process three laborer dispute cases by maintaining the corporate image and interests. 2.I successfully resolved a strike the following year. 3.I enhanced the company organizational structure and regulations by preventing and eliminating loopholes in the management system as well as avoiding potential labour disputes and strikes. 4.I assisted the general manager to coordinate and harmonizing the relationship between the departments as well as prevented shirking responsibilities by building a management team of unity. 5.I thoroughly enhanced the terms of the contract in order to prevent further ambiguities and potential liabilities. 6.I improved some of the inappropriate management processes and simplified the redundant procedures in order to save the cost. 7.I provided professional trainings such as code of ethics, execution, and loyalty trainings to management cadres and meeting minutes and work liaison agent, notices, reports, E-mails, and other standard clerical trainings to office personnel in order to improve the working efficiency and accuracy. 8.I designed regular check up quizzes and managed a system of rotational and professional learning.
